  I was just driving through Lincoln NE when I figured, you know what? Why not just go grab a burger at a local burger place? Definitely not disappointed.
  
  The ambiance is great; they have a full wall dedicated to president Abraham Lincoln.
  
  I ended up ordering the "Hair of the Dog" burger on their rotational menu after noticing a couple people ahead of me in line ordering it. Although the peanut butter on the burger was a little bit overpowering, overall the burger was great. The Parmesan truffle fries were also great.
  
  Overall, I will definitely recommend this place to my friends (if they ever wind up in Lincoln).

  They have a good concept and the burgers are pretty good. They aren't the best in Lincoln but they rank up their pretty high. I've eaten there a few time and they have consistently served high quality food. I've never had a complaint about the service or food. The truffle fries are great and they give you a lot. The different combos of burgers offer a nice variety to choose from. Keep up the good work.

  There is a reason Honest Abe's has been voted the best local burger several years in a row now. As they say, "We make two things so we better do it right". And do they ever! The burgers are made from a local company and delivered fresh daily. The buns come locally out of Omaha daily as well. They make everything they can from scratch in-house.
  They have 5 "classic" burgers that never go away, 4 "rotational" burgers that switch out every three months and 1 weekly burger. Almost all the burgers are topped with unusual but tasty ingredients. They do have one or two boring (the usual) burgers for those that have no sense of adventure but for the rest of us, there's something delicious for us all!
