Scones, lemon-thingy, etc. etc. and they have all been exceptional. I've enjoyed many delicious treats, but Gratitude goes above and beyond. There is good baking, but then there are bakers that have that little extra talent that makes it just right. They have the flavors balanced perfectly, the recipe is just right, it's not too this or too that, baked the right amount of time... they have that extra touch of baking magic (a sense or an intuition) like your grandma used to do. I enjoy Gratitude very much, because it goes above and beyond to be just exquisitely exceptional. I find myself disappointed about half the time at other bakeries, but pleased the vast majority of the time with Gratitude.May 07, 2017
