  This is a great place to grab your coffee and breakfast. I prefer Dunkin on many levels to their competitors - the taste, the options, and the prices: a large cappuccino under $4, add to that a hot turkey panini sandwich and pay right around $8 for your complete breakfast. Yes, please!

  I went very late in the night with a couple of friends. There weren't many options. I can't say I had a negative or positive experience with staff and management, it was just "blah". Staff didn't smile, looked tired, more like they looked like they were waiting for the store to close. We ordered a dozen donuts from options available. We also ordered individual milks for each one of us. I noticed the one I opened had some milk curd on the top after I opened the lid. We all noticed all our milks were due to expire the next day, so basically if we didn't go in that day all that milk in the fridge was to expire tomorrow. We ignored the date as we all had already opened our milks. Either way, I can't really say I had a positive "I want to come back" experience at this store.

  Stopped in on our way through town. Connie helped myself and my wife. Awesome young lady. Best DD experience ever. Wish we has a DD in our Idaho town, miss having one.

  Coming from Boston, Dunkin will always have a place in my heart, and we were happy to get them back in Lincoln recently. While consistency has improved just recently, this location consistently struggles in service and appears to lack management. Went in recently on a Sunday morning and were told the lobby was closed, had to go through drive-thru. So we go through the drive-thru, then take our donuts back inside---person at the counter said the manager just didn't want to staff the front register that day. We hope the continue to improve.
