  We ordered our wedding and grooms cakes from here and we're very disappointed. First, they were 30 minutes late in delivering the cakes so we had to postpone the wedding ceremony as it ended up having to be inside due to the weather. No call or anything to state they'd be late or apologize. I didn't want them in the room putting it together during our ceremony. Then the cakes were pretty on the outside but the almond wedding cake with strawberry filling was still frozen in the middle telling me just how far in advance it was made. It was frozen even after it set out for two hours before we cut it. The chocolate grooms cake with strawberry filling was so wet it just fell apart and was horrible to try to serve so we just didn't. I spent well over $900 dollars on these cakes and would have gotten something better at my local grocery store. It's almost like we were an after thought. Will never go here or use them again!

  The staff are so friendly and made ordering the cakes and cupcakes an enjoyable experience for our gender reveal party. When I picked up the cake and cupcakes they were exactly how I envisioned them to look which is fantastic because with other experiences I've had at other bakeries it hasnt always been that way. They cake and cupcakes also tasted amazing! Thank you Butterfly Bakery!

  Cannolis tasted burnt and overpriced for the size, went to pay with cash and said they would only take a card (register problems) kind of rude. Won't go back
